Zionsville weighs $45M, 179-unit apartment proposal that would use TIF allocation and bond
Thompson Thrift Residential has proposed a 179-unit, $45 million apartment complex on a Zionsville parcel in an existing tax-increment financing district. The redevelopment commission voted Aug. 25 to advance the plan; the project still must be reviewed by the Plan Commission, Economic Development Corp. and Town Council.
