On Aug. 10, 2026 the Indy Chamber announced finalists for the 49th annual Monumental Awards honoring Central Indiana built-environment projects. Winners will be revealed Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026 at Crowne Plaza Union Station in Indianapolis.

Indianapolis launches Black Wealth Crawl to drive customers to 17 local Black-owned businesses

The City of Indianapolis, with the Indy Chamber and Indy Black Chamber of Commerce, is staging a Black Wealth Crawl Aug. 28–Sept. 7 that highlights 17 Black-owned brick-and-mortar businesses. Visitors who make qualifying visits enter a raffle; winners receive $150 gift cards intended to be spent at local businesses.
