Elevance Health reports $50.4B in third-quarter operating revenue, raises full-year guidance
Elevance Health reported $50.4 billion of operating revenue for the third quarter of 2026 and on Oct. 20, 2026 raised its full-year guidance, including diluted EPS to at least $22, adjusted diluted EPS to at least $29 and operating cash flow to at least $6.5 billion.
