Indianapolis-based Eli Lilly files six lawsuits, urges platforms and payment firms to help halt illegal retatrutide market
Lilly filed six lawsuits Aug. 12 against U.S. sellers of unapproved retatrutide and called on platforms, payment companies and regulators to act. The Indianapolis drugmaker says retatrutide remains investigational.
