Brown County Community Foundation hires Lydia Potter as director of development to lead fundraising
The Brown County Community Foundation announced Sept. 25, 2026, that Lydia Potter has joined as its Director of Development to cultivate donor relationships and develop fundraising activities to expand the foundation’s impact. Potter previously served as Donor Relations Manager at WonderLab Museum and moved to Brown County in 2025.

The Brown County Community Foundation (BCCF) said on Sept. 25, 2026, that Lydia Potter has joined the organization as Director of Development. In the role, Potter will cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors and develop and execute fundraising activities intended to expand BCCF’s impact on the Brown County community.
Potter’s background includes work as Donor Relations Manager at Bloomington’s WonderLab Museum, where she handled donor stewardship, campaigns, event planning and grant writing. She holds a degree from Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, moved to Brown County in 2025 and lives in Nashville.
