Indiana Women IN Tech Week runs Sept. 13–20 with a series of events across Indianapolis and other Indiana communities to celebrate women in technology, promote leadership and encourage girls and women to pursue tech education and careers. Indiana Women IN Tech Week will take place Sept. 13–20, bringing coordinated programming statewide to highlight women working in technology, spotlight leadership and foster conversations about representation and retention. The initiative, launched after a 2024 gubernatorial proclamation, includes events for professionals, students, job seekers, leaders and allies across Indianapolis and other Indiana communities.
Organizers say the week is intended to create clearer pathways into the tech industry and to elevate women already contributing to the state’s tech economy. The campaign encourages attendees to support women-owned businesses, make industry connections and inspire the next generation; the published event calendar was updated Sept. 9 and additional listings may be added.
