AECOM announced that its AECOM-led joint venture, 413 Continuity Partners, was awarded the Highway 413 Program Management Consultant contract by the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario. The Highway 413 program will create an approximately 59-kilometre corridor with extensions to Highways 410 and 427, and includes more than 170 bridges and 60 structural culverts. Over the 10-year assignment, the joint venture will provide program management, technical leadership, environmental coordination, stakeholder engagement, communications and construction oversight, AECOM stated.
AECOM announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per share. According to the company, the dividend is payable on October 30, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 14, 2026. AECOM made the announcement in a news release dated September 17, 2026, originating from Dallas.
According to AECOM, an AECOM and Jacobs joint venture has been appointed by Transport Infrastructure Ireland as Program Delivery Partner for MetroLink. The team will support procurement and delivery by providing integrated program management, governance and risk management for what AECOM describes as Ireland’s first fully segregated metro railway. MetroLink will include a predominantly underground, high-capacity system with 16 new stations connecting Swords, Dublin Airport and the city centre, and will integrate with Irish Rail, DART, Luas and BusConnects.
AECOM reported third quarter fiscal 2026 results, including $3.6 billion of revenue and a $337 million pre-tax charge related to a delayed Construction Management project. The company said backlog rose 13% to a record $27.8 billion driven by strong wins and a 1.6 book-to-burn ratio. AECOM updated fiscal 2026 guidance to reflect the project charge and now expects approximately $300 million of free cash flow for the year, while noting adjusted margins, EBITDA and EPS would have been stronger excluding the charge.
