Arcwood acquires Maryland environmental services firm EMSI
Arcwood Environmental announced its acquisition of Environmental Management Services, Inc., a 42-person Maryland company. The Indianapolis-based issuer said the purchase expands its Mid-Atlantic hazardous-waste and emergency-response capabilities.
