Codis announced the appointment of Steven Facer as its newly created Chief Commercial Officer. According to Codis, Facer will lead integration of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to strengthen global commercial alignment, deepen market engagement, and accelerate growth. The company states his remit spans teams in the United States and the United Kingdom. Codis notes Facer joined the company in October 2025 and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and packaging.
Codis said it has completed the acquisition of Catalent’s Nottingham, UK facility, adding oral solid dose development, analytical services, clinical supply, and small‑scale commercial manufacturing to its capabilities. The company stated the Nottingham site, whose team brings more than two decades of formulation and clinical supply expertise, complements Codis’ commercial spray drying operations in Haverhill, including a planned GEA Pharma‑SD® PSD‑4 commercial spray dryer validation in 2027. Codis described this as creating an integrated European pathway from development to commercial production.
