Community Health Network announced that Elisabeth Klar, Cate Sabatine and Ed Simcox will join its senior leadership team on September 28. Their respective roles are chief people officer, general counsel and chief digital technology officer, each with executive vice president responsibilities. The appointments cover workforce strategy, legal affairs and enterprise technology.

The organizations said Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health Hospital South is the first of two hospitals planned through their joint venture in the area. Lifepoint will manage day-to-day operations when the facility is complete.
