Elements Financial says that during a Digital Banking upgrade launching September 9, online and mobile banking will be view-only from September 8–9. Members can view balances and activity but cannot initiate transfers, schedule or edit bill payments, make account changes, or complete other transactions during the upgrade; scheduled payments and transfers will still process.
