Enerfab Inc. announced that Jacob Snyder was promoted from Chief Operating Officer to President & Chief Operating Officer, effective October 11, 2026. Enerfab said Snyder joined the company in 2009, has held HR and operations roles, and will guide operations through the company’s next growth phase. The company noted recent expansion, including a new 240,000-square-foot Sharonville facility, doubling in size over three years, a 2026 workforce of more than 4,000 employees, and recent acquisition by Quanta Services Inc.
Enerfab said it has been named one of America’s Safest Companies. The company reports a 125-year history and “146 safety awards since 2001,” and attributes its safety performance to a culture of presence and ownership. Enerfab describes practices such as requiring corporate team members to sit with craft employees during jobsite visits and using equipment that goes beyond baseline requirements, including fall protection exceeding OSHA standards and Level 4 cut-resistant, impact-rated gloves.
