Lake City Bank announced on October 7, 2026 that it will significantly expand in the Fort Wayne market by leasing approximately 15,025 square feet in Electric Works to serve as market headquarters for its Commercial Banking and Credit Administration teams. The bank also said it will open a 2,500 square-foot full-service branch at Electric Works to serve the growing community generated by further development at the campus.
