Signia Hilton Indianapolis finalizes seven restaurants and bars ahead of December opening

According to Destination, Signia Hilton Indianapolis said on 2026-10-06 that it has finalized seven restaurant and bar concepts that will anchor the downtown hotel when it opens this December. The hotel named Torchlight; Rosewater's; Heartwood; Slipstream; Deck on 5; and Club Signia as part of the lineup.

Hilton said the culinary program was developed with its internal consultancy StiR Creative Collective and is led by chef Dwayne Krisko, whom the announcement described as having more than two decades of international experience and most recently running culinary operations at a Hilton property associated with a Michelin-starred restaurant. The property is also building out Modern Indiana Table, a catering collection meant to serve roughly 100,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Hilton described the named venues as "distinct destinations" and framed the opening as a milestone for the Signia brand's Midwest growth; the hotel has not yet detailed reservation timelines or public access policies for the individual outlets.
