Loudwire reports that Def Leppard will return to North America for a 45-date tour in 2027 that is currently scheduled to conclude July 2, 2027, in Indianapolis. The Goo Goo Dolls and the Struts are listed as supporting acts. Loudwire says Artist Fan Club and Citi/Verizon presales begin Monday, October 12 (10AM and 12PM local time, respectively) and general onsale starts Friday, October 16 at 10AM local via LiveNation.com.

WHY IT MATTERS

This announcement matters to Indianapolis concertgoers and ticket sellers because the Loudwire report pins a major arena date in the city for July 2, 2027, and it sets concrete ticketing windows to watch. Loudwire lists two early-access presales on October 12 — one for the band’s fan club and one for Citi/Verizon customers — before the public onsale on October 16 at 10AM local time via LiveNation.com. A presale is an early-access ticket window reported by Loudwire; people with the qualifying access named in the story have the opportunity to buy before the general public sale.

For consumers, the practical takeaway is simple: verify which presales, if any, you qualify for (Artist Fan Club, Citi or Verizon) and note the local-time start times Loudwire reports. For organizers and ticket vendors, the scheduled general onsale date and the Indianapolis show date are the key published milestones to plan around. The next items to watch are LiveNation.com for the Oct. 16 onsale link and any venue-specific confirmations for the July 2, 2027 Indianapolis performance.
