Current Publishing reports developer Turner Woodard converted the 88,000‑square‑foot former Horton Fan Factory at 201 W. Carmel Dr. into the Carmel Performing Arts & Sports Center, home to gymnastics, dance, training, wellness tenants and an eight‑court indoor pickleball venue. Woodard bought the 5.5‑acre site in 2021.

Current Publishing reports developer Turner Woodard has redeveloped the 88,000‑square‑foot former Horton Fan Factory at 201 W. Carmel Dr. into the Carmel Performing Arts & Sports Center. Tenants include Carmel Gymnastics Center, Agents of Change, Performer’s Edge Dance Studio, Elite Training Sports Performance, ETS Hamilton County and The E Spot Spa/Aesthetics; The Dink House opened eight indoor pickleball courts in 2024 on the building's southwest side.
Turner Woodard purchased the 5.5‑acre property in 2021. Margi Beaver, a Noblesville resident, moved her Agents of Change business into part of the building in July 2023, and Beaver said a medical business will likely lease the remaining space.
