WISH-TV reports that Def Leppard and the Goo Goo Dolls — joined by The Struts — are scheduled to perform at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis on Friday, July 2, 2027. The event is described in the report as a three-act show.

According to WISH-TV, tickets for the show go on sale Friday, October 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The station’s announcement is the source for the lineup, date, venue and ticket sale timing.

WHY IT MATTERS

This announcement matters to anyone planning summer entertainment in Indianapolis because it sets a firm date, lineup and public ticketing window for a major stadium concert. "Three-act show" here means the bill will feature three separate performing acts — The Struts, the Goo Goo Dolls and Def Leppard — each appearing as part of the same concert night. That signals a longer program and multiple headliners on a single ticket, which can affect how much time attendees set aside and how they plan travel, parking and arrivals.

If you intend to attend, the concrete next step is to note the ticket on-sale time: Friday, October 16, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., per WISH-TV. Watch official ticketing channels or Gainbridge Fieldhouse communications for pricing, ticket limits and any presale windows; the source does not provide those details. The station’s report supplies the date, venue, lineup and sale time only, so those are the verified points to act on or monitor.
