IU Kokomo School of Business secures six-year AACSB extension, keeping accreditation through 2031–32 review

The IU Kokomo School of Business was granted a six-year extension of Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business accreditation after its continuous improvement review, with the AACSB Board ratifying the recommendation. Reviewers highlighted strengths including the School’s custom Assurance of Learning platform, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, KEY Center consulting model, Futurecast Economic Outlook series and peer mentor program.

The accreditation report also identified opportunities for advancement such as faculty expansion aligned with enrollment growth, clearer graduate program differentiation, increased research productivity in selected disciplines, and expanded assessment and advisory board documentation. School leaders credited faculty, staff, students, alumni and community partners for the outcome.
