OneZone endorses Nov. 3 school referendums, citing implications for Hamilton County workforce
The OneZone Chamber Board voted to support referendum proposals on the Nov. 3, 2026 ballot for five Hamilton County school districts, saying the measures have implications for workforce development, talent attraction and the counties’ long-term competitiveness.
The OneZone Chamber Board of Directors voted to back referendum proposals appearing on the Nov. 3, 2026 ballot for five Hamilton County school districts: Carmel Clay Schools, Hamilton Southeastern Schools, Noblesville Schools, Sheridan Community Schools and Westfield Washington Schools.
In a letter announcing the endorsement, OneZone said the measures concern the resources available to districts that serve tens of thousands of students and that those resource decisions affect workforce development, talent attraction and the county’s economic competitiveness. The letter was signed by Jack Russell, OneZone’s president & CEO.
