Hamilton County employers urged to train tech staff to override AI as job openings top 1,000

Tsipursky cited Indiana Career Connect data showing more than 1,000 advertised openings in computer and mathematical occupations in Hamilton County on Sept. 24 and referenced an IBM September workforce study that found 71% of CHROs view the ability to supervise, validate and override AI outputs as essential while only 29% of employees ranked judgment as important.
