Carmel-based Koola Logistics expands headquarters, boosting local capacity and hiring potential

Koola Logistics held a ribbon-cutting Aug. 28 for a new headquarters on the fifth floor of Hamilton Crossing VI. The company says the 38,000-square-foot space includes offices, conference rooms and collaboration areas, along with employee amenities such as a fitness center with showers, a café and a lounge. Koola reports the facility contains over 300 workstations intended to support future staffing increases.
Koola opened in Carmel in 2019 and, according to the company, has grown from three employees to roughly 100. Leadership describes the headquarters as an investment to support continued hiring and long-term growth. The firm offers truckload, less-than-truckload, refrigerated, flatbed and specialized transportation across the U.S., Canada and Mexico; company leadership said its ownership structure guides business decisions and planning.
