Fishers’ Planned Unit Development Committee unanimously approved architecture and site plans Sept. 2 for a four‑story Atwell Suites, an InterContinental Hotels Group brand, after developers resubmitted revised designs that had been paused for about two years. Senior Planner Christy Cashin told the committee the hotel is part of a larger mixed‑use proposal from petitioner Striving Legacy Fishers LLC.
