The plan calls for 223 apartment units, about 300 structured parking spaces and roughly 5,000 square feet of ground‑floor commercial space. The Noblesville Common Council approved the agreement in August 2024, and city officials anticipate construction will wrap up by the end of 2028.
The Granary will be built on the former Noblesville Milling Co. granary site, a piece of local milling history the city says inspired the Noblesville Schools "Millers" nickname. Flaherty & Collins principal Deron Kintner described the design as honoring the corridor’s historic character and creating a new gateway, and Mayor Chris Jensen said the project should expand downtown activity and increase pedestrian traffic southward. It is the first private development along the new Pleasant Street corridor and connects to the city’s Reimagine Pleasant Street infrastructure work.
