Jeff’s Bagel Run plans to open its first Indiana location at 11745 Allisonville Road in Fishers, just north of the 116th Street intersection, according to the chain’s website. The national franchise lists the address as “coming soon,” and a company spokesperson told the publication the store is expected to open by the end of this year. The Fishers shop would be the brand’s first in Indiana.
The company’s website says the franchise operates 49 restaurants across multiple states, including Illinois, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, both Carolinas, Florida, Texas, Colorado and Nevada. The site also recounts that founder Jeff Perera began the business after losing his job and launched the first shop in Ocoee, Florida, in 2021. The website describes in-store, made-from-scratch bagels that are proofed overnight, boiled and baked during the day, and lists spreads, coffee and other beverages on the menu.
