Noblesville’s Prairie Lakes expands resident services as Trilogy pursues 1,000 “dreams” across Midwest in 2026

Seventy-five-year-old Nancy Smith, a resident at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville, spent Aug. 21 at the Indianapolis Zoo after staff and life-enrichment leaders arranged a special outing under Trilogy Health Services’ Live a Dream program. The day included a dolphin experience, close encounters with penguins and a tortoise and visits to giraffes and lions. Smith has lived at Prairie Lakes for about a year and a half, and staff members including Area Life Enrichment Director Kelli Chriswell helped plan the visit.

Trilogy marks 15 years of its Live a Dream initiative and says it is working to grant 1,000 dreams in 2026. The company’s program operates across Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin and is led nationally by Trilogy Life Enrichment leader Erika Osborne. Trilogy describes the effort as involving team members, families, volunteers and local community partners, and Prairie Lakes holds regular Live a Dream outreach — including a quarterly happy hour to collect resident wishes and monthly smaller-scale experiences — with larger requests submitted for corporate approval.
