Restorm credits Indy Chamber programs with expanding its Indiana restoration business
In a Sept. 29, 2026 Indy Chamber profile, Restorm co-founder Yeniferd Salgado Fernandez says programs such as ENCLAVE, the Hispanic Business Council and Conexión Empresarial helped the company expand its network, visibility and strategic planning since Restorm’s 2019 founding.
Yeniferd Salgado Fernandez, president and co-founder of Restorm, described founding the mitigation, remediation and reconstruction company in 2019 and said involvement with the Indy Chamber’s Hispanic Business Council (HBC), ENCLAVE and Conexión Empresarial helped the business build relationships, access resources and develop leadership and strategic planning.
She told the Chamber that Restorm has served property owners, insurance companies, property managers and public agencies throughout Indiana and intends to convert Chamber relationships into lasting partnerships to support continued growth, serve more customers and create opportunities for bilingual professionals.
