Elkhart’s Stephanie Elam named Colts Girls Flag Coach of the Week for Week 4
The Indianapolis Colts named Elkhart High School coach Stephanie Elam their Girls Flag Football Coach of the Week for Week 4, the team announced on Sept. 17, 2026; Elkhart (the Lions) sat at 4-1 after four straight wins following a season-opening loss.
The Indianapolis Colts on 2026-09-17 honored Stephanie Elam of Elkhart High School as the Colts Girls Flag Football Coach of the Week for Week 4. Elkhart’s Lions were 4-1 at the time, having rebounded from a season-opening loss to Penn with four consecutive victories over South Bend Adams, South Bend Riley, East Noble and South Bend Washington.
The recognition is part of the Colts’ third year of weekly high school girls flag coaching honors.
